I love swimming but find walking in the pool is really good for me. Walking in the pool apparently is 3x more work than a walk outside. I really notice my knees are stronger from walking sideways (crossovers)

Keep up the positive self talk. You can do this. There is no failure in SP, just practice until we get it right.
