My Goals:
Get healthy and active
Mini goals:
1. lose 20 lbs by 12/31/14
(achieved 12/21/14)
2. lose 40 lbs by 3/31/15
3. lose 60 lbs by 6/30/15
4. Walk in a 5K event by 8/1/15

My Program:
1. Following Spark guidelines of 1200 - 1400 well balanced calories a day.

2. Initially started with just 10 minutes of cardio exercise a day, gradually increased to a minimum of 40 minutes, 6 times a week.

3. Added 10 minutes of strength training, 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I live in beautiful Portland, OR. I work as a software test engineer.
