I started March 12, 2009 on a mission to lose 100 pounds. I have lost 60 so far and the last 40 don't want to leave. I am looking for help to get it off!

My Goals:
I want to lose 100 lbs.--not to be skinny but to be healthy. I would like to be an example to other people and be able to help others get healthy.

My Program:
I exercise at least 6 days a week and eat healthy. I have changed from candy bars and ice cream to fruits and veggies.

Personal Information:
I am from Kingsport, TN.

Other Information:
I believe the saying "You are what you eat." It took me 41 years to learn it but I finally have and I'm trying to change what I eat so I can become healthier.
