Thanks for the comment! But, neither of those for me luckily. I am on the Medifast program which limits the amount of carbs I eat. I'm a recovering carb-o-holic so I will take the "bread" in whichever way or form it comes in. I started Medifast 7/11/13 and my weight loss phase ends on Christmas day which is 121 days away! I hope to lose 47 lbs by then which is a lofty goal since I started at 177.
Thank you for the comment on my blog. I also have found I have felt much better on a mostly vegan, whole foods lifestyle, especially one that includes plenty of leafy greens. In fact, the more leafy greens and other veggies I ate, the better I felt. That also resulted in better weight loss results. I've read statistics that processed foods may have only one-tenth the nutrition of whole foods. 1314 days ago
