Thanks for the comment! But, neither of those for me luckily. I am on the Medifast program which limits the amount of carbs I eat. I'm a recovering carb-o-holic so I will take the "bread" in whichever way or form it comes in. I started Medifast 7/11/13 and my weight loss phase ends on Christmas day which is 121 days away! I hope to lose 47 lbs by then which is a lofty goal since I started at 177.
