My Journey - is full of detours but I'm still going

Greetings from Newfoundland and Labrador!

Hi,

My name is Susan and I am from the beautiful province of Newfoundland and Labrador which is located on Canada's east coast. I have been a Spark member since August 2010 and I have loved every bit of my involvement. Greetings from Newfoundland and Labrador!

Hi,

My name is Susan and I am from the beautiful province of Newfoundland and Labrador which is located on Canada's east coast. I have been a Spark member since August 2010 and I have loved every bit of my involvement. My weight has skyrocketed once again and so I am determined to get it off and more importantly, keep it off.

I have lived with clinical depression since childhood of which I am quite open and honest. My life is not all sunshine and roses but it is my life and I love it!

I love animals but especially dogs and I am especially fond of my beloved Peaches who passed away but who prompted me to join Spark and my three rescued dogs Maddy, Louisa and Ginger.

Please join me on my journey and let's do this together!

Love that you are open minded enough to consider the wisdom of this information. It's not Suzanne that is administering the advice she is simply compiling it from some of our health community's most brilliant doctors who believe that every symptom the body produces is a cry for help. They believe in finding the 'cause' of those symptoms to correct the imbalance and correct it so the body can set itself right and heal its self from the inside out.

I'm sure you will agree most of our medical system is set up for profit and a HUGE AMOUNT of that profit flowing back and forth is all about the pharmaceuticals that have MANY unintended consequences on their trusting patients.

Thanks so much for your input Susan we just have really differing opinions on the medical system. Maybe yours is more trustworthy than ours is here in the states. Especially the state of FL where I live where cash is king and many times the patient is the collateral. Sad but true... I've seen it firsthand happen to my trusting but uninformed good friends over and over, sadly they can't tell their story as they are no longer here. emoticon

Hugs! emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog. That storm was scary! Those swamp bridges are a little nerve racking by themselves. This one had 20 miles with no exits.
