Hi, I'm a mom of two in Baltimore, MD. I'm a Pampered Chef consultant. I was recently Lap-banded. I am looking forward to a journey to a new life. I want to be healthy and look good in my clothes again. More importantly, I want a breast reduction, my health insurance turned me down, one reason, I need to loose weight. So with my willpower and the assistance of my new lapband, I will loose the weight.

Thank you so much for the carb count, 9 is a bit high for me, I stay at 20-25 net carbs a day to control my type 2 diabetes. But I so appreciate the information. Oh, and since I'm low carb, fat & calories are not a worry! I so love the way I eat now.
