Mom of Many's Weight Loss Journey
I am the mother of 7 children ages 27, 25, 23, 19, 17, 6 and 4. I have and extra 40 lbs that I need to shed to be at a healthy weight and lifestyle. I have a Florida Trip, a 30 year class reunion and 3 weddings on the calendar - so I need to get serious! I have been exercising - but need to start tracking.

My Goals:
At least 20 lbs, but ideally 30 lbs by April 30th. 40 lbs by Nov 1st.
My Program:
Mostly to focus on exercise. My diet has room for improvement - but it is not that bad. Also I need to remember to drink all my daily water.
