A Note About Me

Just another in the crowd really. Nothing very special to mention. I work in computers. I play with computers still when not at work. Which means I generally have a very sedentary daily habit. I did lose 42 pounds by using a diet program and now just trying to keep it off by getting active as much as I can. Been working on getting more active on a daily basis.

At the moment, my program is a bit side lined with a torn ligament. I was running each morning before work.

I'm originally from Napa, CA but moved here for a job. I'm married with three 4-legged kids, two dogs and a cat.

Other Information:
Hobbies besides messing on the computer include movies, geocaching, and hiking.
