Wow! Twelve pounds--that's awesome! Which parts of SP are you using? For me, tracking food and exercise was really helpful and posting messages on the message boards. You might want to go to the spark pages of people you find interesting or motivating or needing encouragement and post there too. Try to find a team that you find interesting and post regularly there too, so that you can find "your spark people" for support. It appeals to me that it's possible to participate as much or as little as you like--no pressure or official rules. Oh, yeah, I forgot--have you found the spark wheel, the roulette wheel that gives you points every day just for logging in? I always do that too!
P.S. Did you get to see the Ellen segment? If not I can make you a copy of the DVD when I get it from the show. She wants Kristin, Kristi, and me to blog on her site for viewers. I think the blog section will go up next week.
Try to find a picture to post as your profile picture. It doesn't have to be your own photo. It can even be a scene or a flower or cartoon from somewhere online. Some people have these markers that say "lost 10 pounds, lost 15 pounds, etc. I have no idea where to find them, but it's just cooler to have something as a picture instead of the standard thing issued by the site because then people feel more connected to you as a real person.
