Hey Patti! I am so glad you are doing the May Fitness and Nutrition Challenge with me. I wanted to try a different way of weight loss this time, instead of focusing to lose the pounds, I wanted to gain the points by doing "good things" to my body. I had borrowed this from someone else on SP and it seems to make sense to me so far. I am just glad I can count on people like you to keep me focused and I hope I can do the same for you.
