It's good to see that you are still hanging in there. I stopped work out and watching my diet for several months...but now I am back!!

Hi there!

I read one of your responses in the Living Low Carb Team threads from late last year (yep I'm a procrastinator!) LOL. Anyway, you had asked about what to eat when you want something crunchy and want bread or chips. You may have found some solutions since then but I thought I'd offer my suggestions just in case you're still searching for something.

I eat a lot of almonds and pork rinds. The pork rinds are great for dips. I also recommend cheese crisps. You just use about a tbls of shredded cheese on parchment paper (not wax) in the microwave for about a minute (stop after 30 seconds and restart for 30 more). You get these wonderful little round cheesy crispy cracker-like snacks. Also great for dipping. Cheddar works the best but I've used fresh parmesan, hot pepper jack, and italian blend too. You can even add pepperoni or whatever you want that will melt and harden into the cracker.
