Lose weight to be fit, healthy and happy.

#1 - Eat smarter
#2 - 3 days of strength training each week
#3 - 4 days of cardio each week
#4 - Walk at least 20 minutes every day

I am a single mother of 3 children, who are the light of my life! I grew up in Detroit, MI. Was a Marine from 88-92. Currently live in Fowlerville, MI with my children and work as an Asst Bank Mgr.

I enjoy scrap booking, music and reading.

Surfing in all the lakes.... Best surfing would be Lake Superior and Lake Michigan emoticon
There are Great Lakes Surfers around all of the lakes, honestly.
I didn't know about it either until I married a die hard Great Lakes surfer. We also take trips to CA and FL, but lots of surfing here in Michigan. emoticon

If you really wanted to lose weight, you don't need to stimulate your system with spices. they are just nice as an added bonus to make your health a little better. yet if you know what you are doing do you really need the? That is the question. if you gave up junk food, pop, processed food, eating fast food, sugar, heavy salts, excessive high carbs like pies, cakes, candies. would you really need these band aids?
the key to being healthy isn't grabbing for extra booster to life, it's staying away from bad things. take care. i think since i didn't do a blog, I'll put that in for tonite. bye. eva
