Thanks for stopping by my blog. I do much better when I pre plan my meals and snacks and eat by the clock. I still have days where I am always looking to eat but structure and distraction seem to help that.

I eat far too quickly sometimes...most of the time, but when I do slow down and really see taste smell the food I'm eating and fully appreciate it I know I enjoy it more and eat less. One of my hardest habits to change however. 995 days ago
Thank you! I know that by nature more women are verbal while more men are...what's the word? taciturn? reticent? non-verbal! I guess we are attracted to that polar opposite but it can be troublesome once in a while, especially when I forget and take it personally. At least I know we're in good company! 995 days ago
