Don't get over whelmed with all the info you will see today.. RELAX grab a bottle water and READ as much as you can. It took me a good week or two get really get a grasp of things.. So take your time there is no rush.
Do remember that, there will be days that you will fall down and that's ok, just get back up and dust your self off (BUT DON'T STOP Baby learned how to crawled before they walked, that's what we are doing on this diet...
