My Goals:
Initial goal was to create a healthy lifestyle that will allow me to stop taking medication for high tryglycerides. I started meds in December 2008 when my weight peaked at 189.

By improving my nutrition, my weight declined by 20 lbs within 10 months, but trigs and cholesterol remained high.

Update May 16, 2012 physical: trigs are normal and I am officially off meds. Thanks Sparkpeople!

My Program:
My plan is to eat on the low side of a daily goal of 1500-1850 calories.

Fitness plan is to build in consistency and routine first.

Weight goal of 150 based on 1/2 lb per week for 26 weeks was targeted for March 17th. This was met on March 3rd, 2012.

Switched goals from weight loss to adding muscle in December 2012. Started a weight lifting program 3x week.

Calorie goal is 2891 a day, with 3334 on training days.
