Hi I'm Paula and England, UK. I am well over 30 years old (oh my Gosh!) and want to lose weight and become fit again.

My goal is to lose 1-2 dress sizes (about 14 the kilos). I want to get into a routine of exercising 3 times a week and making healthier options foodwise.

September goals:
1- exercise at least 3 times a week
2- eat healthy lunch at least 3 times a week
3- eat healthy dinner at least 4 times a week

I know it doesn't sound that much but I believe one needs to get used to things little by little until the goals turn into good habits.

October goals:
1- September goals should now be good habits
2- Try to increase the cardio traning
3- Be as good as possible - considering how many weekends we'll be out on birthdays etc!
4- See a little change either in kg or in cm

November goals:
1- Include cardio training before / after my bodypump class on Sunday
2- Go to the gym btween 3 and 4 times a week
3- Keep eating healthy & planning my meals in advance

December goals:
1- Exercise more regularly - it's had with the party season, make it at least 3 times a week!
2- Eat more salad - it's cold so it's not my first choice... will have to do from now on!
3- Smile, I will be going home soon

January goals.... forgot to write them!!

February goals:
1- Keep spinning once a week
2- lose at least 1 kilo
3- make my own lunch at least 3 times a week

Summer goal & update:
Well, I am now happily married and ready to keep going on this journey. I want to feel good and look good and would love to lose the final weight by the end of this year. My life is quite hectic at the moment so will take it little by little.
1- Cycling at least once a week
2- Eat fresh & homemade food at least 4 times a week
3- Less wine, more water (self control! wine adds so many calories good that I only have a few glasses on the weekends!)
4- back on track with exercising at least 3 times a week

July 2008:
Goals haven't changed, this is what I'm doing to make sure I can achieve them:
1- joined a gym closer to home so I can exercise more regularly
2- plan my week meals in advance to make sure there's healthy food in the house
3- always carry a bottle of water with me

Sundays bodypump class (1 hour)
Two or three times a week +30 mins cardio training plus strength exercises given by a personal trainer.
