Getting Fit!

Hello Sparkpeople, another year has gone by. I've been a member since 10/13/2003. I started at 170 pounds and lost all my weight to about 142. I quickly gained to 145 and I mostly hovered around 145 to 155 for a quite a few years. I hurt myself in 2009 and then was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue and told not to exercise. Well, now I'm back to 162.5. I need to loose this weight. I've decided to exercise without overdoing it and eat clean in 2010.

1. Do STS w/cardio but modify 3 days per week.

2. Eat 90% clean.

New goals:

1. Loose 20 pounds.

2. Lower body fat.

Pauline - save your money on new programs. Cathe has all you need - especially if you have all of them. Use the shorter premixes and go much lighter on your weights. The High Step workouts are similar to THE FIRM....also, you can do any of the workouts any way you wish by using CHAPTERS.... mix them up any way you like. That's what I do when I want more variety.
Hope you heal quickly! Adrenal failure is the pits....been there!
