Seeing is Believing!!!

Hello! My name is Paulina, and I reside in the Mountain High (Denver, CO.)! Well, I have to say that I am soooo ready for a complete lifestyle change...a healthier ME!
I have always been cautious about my weight since I can remember, and have tried every diet under the sun, but only to lose the weight and gain it back plus some. Even more, I use a wheelchair which makes excercising a little more difficult and a drag, BUT that was then and NOW is NOW!

Personal Information:
.I have always struggled with my weight, and quite frankly never really felt good about myself because I never reached my full potential. I know there is a lot more to me than than meets the eye, i just need to find it within me!

Other Information:
I love to be outside often and enjoy being around people of all walks of life.

The main thing I did was work out six days a week at least an hour a day. That in conjunction with lowering calories I started losing weight quickly.
