My life-long commitment to my health
My name is Paula. I am 36 years old and had lap band surgery 4/08. My sister and I commited together with a goal to live longer than our parents who died in their 50's from poor health and habits. I am also a nurse practitioner who believes I should live the same story I share with my patients.This is my commitment to self care.
