Hello my name is Barbara I am a Mommy of 9, thats right I said 9! I just had a new baby 24 days ago and have lost ALOT of weight so I feel now is the time to just make a CHANGE. Right now I am a stay at home mom. I have tried many many diets to lose a little and then fall back into the same routine. I am looking for change I want to live a healthier life for myself and my children, and the only way to do that is to make positive changes in our lives. I need something in my life that allows me to cook for everyone as a frozen meal wouldn't make a wise financial move in my family. I want to make small changes so we dont feel like we are missing out on our favorites. This is just NOT to BENEFIT me I also dont want to have children that are fat like MOMMY! I say I am in it to lose it!!
