Paul's Weight Loss Journey

My wife, Gwynnevere just entered me on SparkPeople. I will be starting this Monday, July 30th, '07

I retired on June 27th, and last Friday I finally got the results from my stress test, so I can start working out. The doctor put my sweet wife in charge of my fitness and weight loss program. I am supposed to lose 60 lbs in 6 months (by February 1st) . I will need all the support I can get.

11/30/07: Down 20 lbs over 4 months.
