My name is Pauline a.k.a Paula. 38, born and raised in New York ( I miss it so much) but now I live in Puerto Rico (The Island of Enchantment). Married for 18 yrs, one DD 5 yrs old. Elementary School teacher for 13 yrs now... love my job!
I joined at the end of May 2006 and it has helped me so much to learn about eating right, self-control, and discipline. I recommend it to everyone that needs a helping hand when it comes to losing/maintaining weight.

Fitness Minutes: 440

My Goals:
1) I would like to get into the "normal" BMI range for my height - 145 or less.
2) I would like to get my body in better shape to try and run the 10K race here in Puerto Rico.
3) I would like to stop thinking so negatively about my self-image.

My Program:
1) 2 to 3 mile run 4-5 days a week or bike-riding for 40-50 min, sometimes both ... recently got into triathlons.
2)1/2 a gallon of water or more a day.
3)More careful of what I eat, and use SparkPeople everyday to keep track of my calories.

Huge F*R*I*E*N*D*S fan and HOUSE, M.D. fan!
I love to go to the movies, bowling, puzzles and things that challenge my mind, reading, sleeping... not necessarily in that order...LOL!

    Thanks for the message on my blog,
    Well the reason I choose not eating after 5p.m. is because I have a way of eating way to much in the evening. And I what you might call stationary in the evening.
    I make sure that I eat my three meals at certain times day with a few adjustments.
    And some night I do get out bed late. But for m know I have to do some thing. I want my body back an bad so as long as I'm eating what I should or can. The I'll keep to ding it.
    I'm sure that others who have a different schedule and are not sitting around all evening can do what they want. I make sure i get in my work outs.
