My Goals:
I need to loose this weight and get more fit and healthier.

My Program:
I am watching my diet and getting as much exercise as I can. I am not able to go for walks because of a bad back and a bad knee but I hang in there with what I can do for other exercise.

Personal Information:
I am 59 years old and married to a wonderful hubby. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. And love playing the piano and going to church activities with our friends.

Other Information:
I really hope in my getting leaner that I am an inspiration to lots of people along with spreading the spark.
