Small Positive Steps

Small changes make a difference that leads to forming new habits that will stick. So I am going to make positive steps to get things going and working for me.

The Winter 5% Challenge is the first of many positive steps that I will be taking.
Defining my needs and organising my time so I can make the most of each day will help me complete the goals I am aiming for.
Life will throw curve balls every so often and it will be up to me how I view these and how I work around ...

Defining my needs and organising my time so I can make the most of each day will help me complete the goals I am aiming for.
Life will throw curve balls every so often and it will be up to me how I view these and how I work around them. Deciding now to do at leat 10 minutes exercise a day when life steps in will mean I am doing something rather than nothing.
I am not following a set diet as I need to find a way of eating for life. So a 9 inch plate will help keep the portions small and making sure I do not stray from it I will be putting away the larger plates thereby removing the temptation to load the larger plate.
Small positive steps will lead to meeting my goals one at a time starting now.

My Goals:
Exercise everyday even if it only 10 minutes

Use my 9 inch Plate all the time.








My Program:
To eat a sensible balanced diet and limit sugar and salt. To make sure I have plenty of fruit and vegetables and that I drink the water I need to.
To exercise daily and set goals that I push me but still achievable.


Personal Information:
I live in Milton Keynes England with my Husband Colin.

I enjoy knitting and crafting for friends, family and charities.
