Hope your week is going better than mine. It has been very hectic and it seems that everything lately has revolved around food. I seem to have gained and lost the same 5 lbs for the last 2 weeks!! emoticon

My colonoscopy was a success! I did great last week but once I started eating again it was like the flood gates opened. I couldn't get full enough. I lost 5 but only counted 2 for the week. Last week I went back up one so I am hoping that this week is on track. I have been exercising more consistently so I am sure that is helping. Thanks for checking up on me.

Thanks Paula for stopping by to say hi. I have had one of those weeks (2 weeks ago). I weigh myself tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how I did. I have bloodwork in the morning for my Dr. visit from last week. emoticon And next week I have my first colonoscopy. Not looking forward to that!!!!
