My Goals:
I am looking to drop about 30 -40 lbs and tone up some of my muscle groups. I have found the gym a bit frustrating, and struggle to shed pounds.

My Program:
I am trying to watch my food intake, as well as starting to plan menus for dinner at home. My husband and I are also trying to hit the gym 3 times a week (right now it is more like 2).
