Im 34 and want to lose more

I lost 25 pounds two years ago and over the past six months had some stress at work and gained it all back.

Now I want to lose that and more and change my lifestyle to keep it off.

Thanks for the advise re pedometer... I have one on the way... I do a lot of walking on the job... i have always wanted to know how many steps I take... maybe I could get paid by the step... YOu are so kind to share info!!! blessings terri
