You are doing awesome on the points! Wow!! I'm also proud of you starting on week two! I love this site too..it is very motivating and full of great info..I always told myself that I would never count calories because it was too hard and frustrating...but tracking my nutrition daily on here has almost made it a habit for me now! Everytime I buy food now, I'm flipping it over looking at calories and as they say "out of site out of mind" and SparkPeople is most definately keeping everything "in site" for me! Logging in daily is keeping me focused and on track for the most part. I can't believe some of the calories I was consuming before and I've realized that some days I was barely getting any calories at all and if I did, they were mostly empty or all fat calories..no wonder I couldn't lose any pounds..I'm not where I want to be on the eating right but I'm on my way! Maybe now this exercising will start paying off. Keep up the good work! I'm so glad we both found SparkPeople! It is a life saver!
