My Goals:
I want to eat and exercise correctly every day. I want to improve myself: learn something new every day, stay in a schedule that is good for me, and help others when I can.

My Program:
I am learning more with each passing day and finding more ways to improve myself. Stress and anxiety have been my biggest problems and I've been working hard to overcome them. I sometimes let myself slack on my schedule and am always working on that.

Personal Information:
I am from Detroit. I lived in Alabama for 14 years, but came back home to be back with family. I have two daughters: Sarah lives in Alabama and Sherry lives in Nova Scotia. I'm hoping they move home soon. My email address is pattyklaver@yahoo.com

Regrouping is good...I'm calling it damage control...gained 10 lbs since my second to lowest weight in 2 years!!!! I need to get control

Thank you for your comment on my blog about clutter. I really appreciated it. I'm in the process of sorting stuff, which makes it look more cluttered, at least temporarily. emoticon But it's getting better. Now I just have to gear up to paint the outside of my house emoticon and figure out how many calories that will burn!

The exercise physiologist gave his presentation on water, and all the reasons you should drink it, how much, etc. Most of which I already knew, but it never hurts to be reminded to drink water. Then he did the walk with everyone afterwards and I could have asked him a question if I'd had one, but nothing really sprang to mind. He seemed to be a really nice guy though, and genuinely interested in helping people. Nice change of pace from Mr. I-Don't-Wanna-Be-Here from the last walk!

Hope Sherry and Helena are feeling better!
