My Goals:
My goals are to lose a few more pounds and to continue to exercise and eat right once I get there. I am finding that maintenance is harder for me than losing.

My Program:
eat right... exercise...eat right...exercise

Personal Information:
I am tired of struggling with my weight. fed up with the battle, but don't want to be heavy again. even though i'm there. i hate it and have not found the motivation needed to do something about it. right now i'm struggling with it.

Other Information:
my latest motivation is the motorcycle I got for Christmas this year. My most awesome man was an awesome Santa and bought me a 2013 Harley. Now, I am going to lose 25 lbs before riding season so I don't look like I'm old AND fat on it. Old is enough thank you!!

Thank you for your very kind comments. Don't worry, you will get back on track. Everybody falls off the wagon. You are getting back on and that's what matters. For what it's worth, I haven't lost any weight in 2 years. I keep exercising so that's the only reason I haven't regained it. So I have a new focus now - food. That is my problem. I keep thinking because I exercise that I can eat what I want. I do try to keep it in line and not go overboard but I haven't been mindful. So that's my focus now - more fruits/veggies, less convenience, more accountability. The same old same old. I know you can do this because you already have. And I think that's what this is all about anyway - to keep getting back up every time we fall down. Let me know how you are doing!

It's great to see you back here! You will get back to your goal in no time. I've been at a standstill myself, just can't seem to motivate myself to work hard enough to get the last 20 off. But the good news is that we're both here and trying to do the work. YOU CAN DO IT!
