No Matter What You Face - It's Workable
I like feeling and looking healthy but don't always like to put in the work. This year - in my mid-50's - I've decided to start putting in the work. This website has really been an inspiration to me. My Goals:
I've always been an optimist and made the best of anything in life. Life hasn't always been kind to me, but I've learned to forgive and let go of things that are "done." At 57 I consider myself blessed to have a husband who really loves me for who I am, children who love and respect who I am trying to be and healthy enough to attempt it. My two daughters are the two diamonds in my crown and my husband is the crown!
Faith is the way for me ... I am a Christian Catholic who works my faith everyday, prays for a better world, seeks the serenity and peace that only Faith can give. I consider all of you gifts in my life - even though I may never get to know you personally. This program is a blessing in my life today. It cures the loneliness and inspires me to keep working at things that are difficult.

Daily food tracking
Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day
Doing different types of fitness daily - treadmill, hikes, strength and resistance bands, bike, etc.
