I always weighed 110 growing up, so I ate anything that I wanted. I started gaining weight, so I tried to diet without any results. I continued to gain weight. I am glad I was able to find SparkPeople as I have been able to start losing weight.

I am a single mother of a
grown daughter. I am
retired living in a small town in Texas. Living in the center of town I can walk everywhere. I did live in the counry, but decided I would like to live in town. Glad I did when gas kept going up.
I am blessed that both of
my parents are still alive



Other Information:
I am glad I finally found a
site like this one with other people exercising so we can give each other encouragement that each of us needs.

I love to walk, exercise,
read books, spend time on the computer.

I like to keep busy doing
many different things as
I do not always want to be alone.

I like to work in the yard.
