My Program:
I'm a Weight Watcher and attend weekly meetings with a group of my very best friends. It's taken about 12 years to lose 93 pounds from my top weight, but it's a permanent loss because it's taken so long. "The weight was well worth the wait"
I endured a 3 year weight plateau, then began following the Blood Type Diet in earnest in December 2011, and feel a lot better, healthier, cleaner, and am dropping weight once again. I love having food boundaries because I don't do well when left to my own devices. I like everything and tend to indulge myself with too many taste treats!! I work the BTD within the bounds of my Weight Watchers Point Plus Plan which gives me an even wider safety net. When I feel secure and successful with my food choices, I feel stronger and more proactive in life and better able to make the decisions that bring about positive changes.


Other Information:
I am grateful to God for His amazing grace, and "dwell under the shadow of his wings" every day that I live. Psalm 91.

I believe I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Phil. 4:7.
Knowing Jesus as my Lord and Savior has made ALL the difference in my life.

Thank you for making me your friend. I hope we can encourage each other to good health. You have done great. Thanks for the comment on our picture. I am going to put a recent picture soon. Nothing like facing the music. We have been happy for 43 years August 14. We really enjoy each other and we also love the Lord. We would have never made it this far if He was not in our life. I just bought myself a GOODIE scale to help me stay motivated as I recuperate from my intestinal bug and return to eating a little at a time. I don't own a scale so this is the only scale in the house right now! emoticon
