Getting There - One Step At A Time...
This is my second try at Spark People. I quit a while back because I was no longer doing anything but going through the motions. 2012 was not a great year for me - ended the year 5 pounds higher than I started it. I have lost that 5, and want to lose 25 more by the end of the year.

My Goals:
My 2013 Goal is to lose 30 pounds. My longer term goal is to lose 65 pounds. I want to continue my exercise habits to improve my fitness level and stave off the heart disease and diabetes that run in my family.
My Program:
Tracking my food is the most important tool! Working out 3 times a week at the gym with 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. Cardio at least 2 other days per week. My diet is not a formal diet plan. It is to eat healthy and stay within my calorie range for the week.
Personal Information:
Originally from Parma, Ohio, have lived in New Jersey, and now in the Orlando Florida area. Married, no kids. I'm 60, and hoping that 61 will see me slimmer and healthier!
