My Goals:
I have never had any goals in my life. I think its time to have some. My goal is going to be to get healthy and get a job next year to help people like I was, in pain. And to continue to get my family healthy.

My Program:
I exercise while watching the Drs. and Dr. oz everyday and I take my 3 year old hiking and creek walking most days. I also weight lift 3 days a week. I get some kind of exercise everyday.

Personal Information:
I am 34, have 4 kids and I have RA, Lupus, Sjogens, fibromyagi, depression, and anxiety.

Other Information:
I love to hike and go camping. I help with a girl scout troop and I love getting out and teaching them things about the outdoors.
