Currently trying to eat 1500 calories. Using more lean meats and natural ingredients staying away from processed foods.

Married with two great step children both with strong educations and good moral values even if one is an attorney.

Getting ready for some major life changes and wanting to be healthier facing them.

Other Information:
My company is relocating. I have decided not to go with them and after 11 years back on the job market. Maybe time to go back to school and find a new career.

Hey Patti,

thanks for the feedback... I know batch cooking helps... however, sometimes it is hard to find the time for it on the weekends... I know I should "schedule" the time and just do it and I'll start trying that!!! Thanks also for the dressing suggestion... I don't normally use Ken's dressings - I didn't know that they had light ones!!! I'll defintely check it out!!! TGIF!!!
