active 71 old women that is feeling the affects of carrying around to many extra pounds, want to be able to move better by summer time so gardening will be an easier job. Think it would help me be less tired and relieve the pain in my bones.

Just put on some peppy music ~ march in place, do jumping jacks, move that body! Soup cans work well for me, when doing upper body lifts - after awhile they even feel heavy! lol

Situps, wall push ups, gentle stretches, leg lifts....any type of movement will help!

You don't need to walk outside....just dance to some music!!
