I WILL walk for 45 minutes at least 3 times weekly.
I WILL drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water daily.
I WILL eat an average of 5 fruits and/or vegetables daily.
I WILL work hard at tracking both food and exercise.
I WILL strive to keep a positive attitude and a heart full of gratitude.
I WILL enjoy the time I have with family and friends.
I WILL enjoy the journey.

3)drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water daily.
4) eat an average of 5 fruits and/or vegetables daily.

6) strive to keep a positive attitude and a heart full of gratitude.
7) enjoy the time I have with family and friends.

My Program:
I currently follow the point system with Weight Watchers and focus on the daily health guidelines:

Exercise and activity:
1)30 minutes of some type activity daily.
2) walk for 60 minutes three times a week .

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Arkansas. I have lived in Oklahoma now for over 40 years. Currently, I live in Yukon, Oklahoma. I have two adult children, a daughter and a son, and I have seven grandchildren ages 8 months through 13 years old. I love the Lord and am very active in my church, First Christian, Disciples of Christ.

Other Information:
I am almost 64 years old and have been retired for five years. I love to paint and do crafts of almost any kind. I also like to read and do research on the computer.
