Grr... Arrgh...

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff.

I've been on a plateau. For two years. I haven't had any dramatic back-slides but I haven't made any progress either. I got annoyed with it and started neglecting my tracking and my SP. I'm ready to change that and get back to reaching my goals.

My Goals:

My Program:
I'm planning snacks and meals for the entire week every Sunday before I go grocery shopping. I find most of my recipes on Spark and I've got a pretty good collection of reliable ones now. I pack my lunch daily and bring healthy snacks and I rarely eat out. I measure nearly everything that I eat and I get anxious when I "don't know."

I aim for a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio, six days a week. I've mainly been riding a stationery recumbent bike but I've started adding in time playing Kinect Adventures and as I feel stronger and hopefully more coordinated, I'll add in more games. I have a treadmill but I don't feel motivated to stay on it for more than 20 minutes at a time and when the outside temperature dips below molten, I take my derpy dogs for a walk.

Personal Information:
I've been overweight my whole life. I honestly thought I was born that way since I can't remember anything else. I grew up with bad eating habits and only recently started addressing them. If only I knew then what I know now... but I do know that it's never too late.

I'm sarcastic, I'm witty, my name isn't Patsy. I love music, video games, procrastinating, cooking, crafting, critters, traveling, adventure...

Other Information:
For the first time, my future looks bright.

I'm a little on the "shy" side when it comes to making friends but feel free to add me, once you get me started I won't shut up. :)
