I am 49 years old, a mother to two gorgeous young men, wife of 30 years to an amazing man and soon to be Grandma, yay!. This year is my "do it" year. Not my "do it" year to loose the weight, but my "do it" year to follow a plan (for more than a week! Ha!). I want to walk each day, if only for 10 minutes ( I have RA and each day can present a different challenge for fitness--however, regardless of which joint is sore that day, I can most certainly walk for 10 minutes! Right?). ...

Not my "do it" year to loose the weight, but my "do it" year to follow a plan (for more than a week! Ha!). I want to walk each day, if only for 10 minutes ( I have RA and each day can present a different challenge for fitness--however, regardless of which joint is sore that day, I can most certainly walk for 10 minutes! Right?). My other goal is to fuel this body with exceptional nutrition! I have sort of accomplished this as I do eat great approximately 80% of the time--I think the 20% is the killer!

As fast as I set a goal I break it, so let's just say my goal is to do my best each day to not disappoint myself!
My Program:
Walk 10 minutes every day. Eat nutrionally sound food each day.
