1. Keep a positive attitude.
2. Eat 5 fruit & veggie servings.
3. Get 8 hours of restful sleep.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water.
5. Eat healthier meals & lower my sodium intake.








My Program:
Do a fun activity such as walk, swim, garden.

I'm working on getting 10 to 30 Spark Tracker minutes of activity everyday.

I am also working on my steps goal to get 3,000 per day three or more days a week.






Personal Information:
I am married. My husband is retired from the Army. We have 2 adult sons. My oldest son and I are also Army Veterans.



Other Information:
I am a lifelong library card carrying bookworm. But I never get enough reading time.

Last year I learned to crochet ruffled scarves. They are easy to make and it relaxes me.
