Maxed out at 700!

I'm maxed out at 700 lbs and not going to take it anymore. I'm going to conquor this addiction once and for all, and be who I deserve to be.

I'm excited to be learning new habits, and making healthy choices for the first time in my life. I'm also excited to have a FREE YMCA membership and be able to go swimming at least 3x a week.


My Motivations:
- My Wife - To go to amusement parks - to sit in chairs wherever I go - to feel normal - to climb a mountain - ...

My Goals:
My eating goals are to eat 1500-2000 calories, under 200 carbs, and 60 grams of fat, and eat over 80 grams of protein.

My overall goal is to learn better eating habits and if nothing else to simply replace my trouble foods with healthier alternatives (I have trouble w/ soda, fried foods, and candy bars). I've replaced them w/ flavored water, and lighter snacks like low-sugar pudding, or carbsmart icecream bars, or something similar.

My Program:
Right now, I'm focused on my diet, and getting used to that. In the next week or so I want to begin to gradually add in some exercise and weight training.

Personal Information:
I am from Dayton, OH - but have lived in Mesa, AZ, and Salt Lake City, UT.

I met my wife in Mesa, AZ.
