Unfortunately I had almost given up and with renewed hope I begin my journey once again. My ultimate goal is to be at a healthy 180lbs by May 11th 2014. Born on May 11th a Taurus all the Way!!! Here is what to expect from a Taurus... My positive Traits: practical, reliable, patient, persistent, determined, strong-willed, solid, affectionate, warm-hearted and trustworthy with a firm sense of values. My Negative Traits: self-indulgent, greedy, stubborn and inflexible in opinion. Likes: permanency, stability, luxury, comfort, pleasure and good food. Dislikes: disruption, being rushed, being indoors, being pushed too hard and any break in routine. Since joining Sparkpeople I have lost 44lbs. I've met wonderful people who have supported me every step of the way and I will continue on my journey until my goal has been met. MY FITNESS GOALS: 1) Do 45 min of Cardio 6 days a week 2) Commit to 3 days of Strength Training. 3) Burn 3500 calories a Week. 4) Lose 50lbs this year. MY NUTRITION GOALS: 1) Consume between 1580 and 1930 calories daily. 2) Eat 5 to 10 servings of Fruits and Veggies Daily. 3) Eat 3 Meals and 3 snacks a day. 4) Drink 8 to 10-8oz of water daily. 5) No food after 8:00pm 6) Plan my meals a few days ahead of time. 7) Cut back on My sodium Intake. 8) Increase My fiber intake. My Daily/Weekly Goals: DAILY GOALS: 1) Surround Myself with the Postive by reading a Motivational Quote once a day. 2) Reach out to people in need of Support and Motivation daily. 3) Track my food and exercises Daily. 4) Post on the message boards. 5) Write in my Journal. 6) Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep. 7) Get up a 8:00 am every morning. 8) Walk on the treadmill for 30-45 min a day. WEEKLY GOALS: 1) Weigh and Mesure myself every Tuesday. 2) Try a New healthy Recipe twice a Week. 3) Treat myself once a week But not with food.

I am Canadian. Born in May of 1973. I have 2 beautiful daughters ages 15 and 12.
Other Information:
My favorite read is Women's World. I buy the magasine every week. I love to walk in the woods behind my home. I enjoy talking about everything with my daughters. It's like reliving my teenage years. Life doesn't get any better than this.
