My Goal is to lose 50lbs and to learn everything that 'Sparkpeople' has to teach me about setting and achieving goals and developing healthy living habits.

Starting Weight: 198lbs on the 2nd July 2011.

10lbs gone - 6th August'11 - A Media Player.
15lbs gone -19th August - A lovely nailvarnish.

My Program:
Studying in-depth 'The Spark' by Chris Downey.

Tracking my food in the Nutritional Tracker daily and keeping within my range.

Going to the Gym 3 days a week.

Reading a 'Success Story every day.

Following the SP programme to the best of my ability.
