My Goals:
I want to change my present eating habits.

I want to eat healthy foods.

I want to become more able to exercise.

I want to change my behavior so that any weight loss is permanent.

My Program:
I will keep a journal of everything I eat and of any exercise I do daily.

I will rely on measurements as well as the scale to see how I am doing.

I won't lose interest this time because I have people to rely on.

Other Information:
I love to read and have many topics that I am interested in. I love a good mystery, Historical fiction (as well as fact), Biographies, etc.

I also love to garden, but have been somewhat limited since I had complete knee replacement.

I love to work with kids and especially love teens.

I used to raise West Highland White Terriers and currently have an Australian Terrier and a Cairn Terrier.

I didn't make cup cakes. I just told Felicia how to do it. She did a great job and much cheaper than bakery. I got idea from when girls made Bill a bowling pin cake of cupcakes.

If you go into state park on Dunedin causeway there is an awesome sandy beach,clear water and no seaweed.
