A Healthier Relationship with Food

I'm in a phase of renewing good habits. At the end of 2012, I had celebrated a year of consistent practice of healthy habits, including mindful eating, portion control, limited sugar/white flour in my diet, and regular cardio and strength exercise....losing 30 pounds. I have gained too many of those back as I became lax in portion control and avoiding my trigger foods. But it's time to begin a more disciplined approach again. It's back to basics...

We should be like Jiminy Cricket....Accentuate the Positive....E-liminate the negative...Right?

Well, my scale was back down this morning (down to the long standing current norm, not down to where it belongs LOL) I Did take a day off from the super intense exercise so all I can figure right now is that sore muscles = increased wt on the scale and I need to keep that in my mind's arsenal from now forward to help keep my mind monster at bay!

Hmmmm.....i like that, If I were to actually write the recipe down, I would have to name it meditative meatloaf. LOL
