Journal my food everyday along with my feelings and progress. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and get some form of exercise making it fun and exciting!

Personal Information:
My DH and I with our cat live in Wilmington,DE. I love to garden, read,listen to music and dance, oh how I love to dance. Bless with a wonderful husband who also dances so we have a good time"cutting the rug"! LOL.

Other Information:
Married for 50 years to a great guy ,have three children and five grandchildren. I love to read,listen to music, dance and be with my family and one fuzzy kid cat Max. I love the Lord and thank God every day for my many blessings.

Well, it looks like I am getting better, however, still have to take it easy for awhile. All this is teaching me something, easy does it. Just moving and doing something each day will lead to a giant step forward. It took me a long time to get this fat. I won't get thinner in a few days. Yet, I will if I just keep at it, little by little.

No, I may not be able to do six hours of heavy cleaning, but I can do a 15 min. clean-up, a 27 Fling Boggie, get 2-3 loads of laundry done and do my chair exercises, and feel like a million. Now that's awesome when I think about it.

So you may not feel like doing much today, but you can do something and that something just might be awesome too. Today is amazing Monday--No Excuses Allowed. Today is a Perfect Day to Just Do What You Can and Feel Good.

Hi, Well I finally reached that point where I am sick and tired about looking I do and feeling like I do. This gave me the kick in the pants to start my 100 day get healthy project. Today I am on day 4!! My first two day I over did exercising and paid a price called pain. Today, I did much better and I watching my portion size, plus eating three meals daily, NOT drinking soda, also walking and dancing for exercise. It's only day four, but I can feel my stomach has gone down emoticon emoticon
