Okay...but this may sound REALLY dumb but how do I calculate body fat percentage?? I'm game though, gives me a challenge and reason to work harder. I've gone jogging yesterday & this morning...it made me feel so good!
Dont worry about it, well I know you kind of have to worry about it, but try not too! I mean we all have fallen off the wagon or thought this was impossible but it really isnt. The only thing with fasting, well for me anyway, is that I would try it and then get so hungry I would eat so much it would basically undo it, basically fasting never worked! I just convinced myself I didnt need that stuff and tried to talk myself into exercising and staying away from sugar, damn you whoever invented that!! Eventually it got easier and now its like second nature I like the healthy foods and love to exercise, not all forms of exercise but I love getting my sweat on! I know its hard and how depressing it gets when you think youve failed but you havent and you can always hop back on the wagon, it moves really slowly and there are stairs on the side for easy access! So I know you will be able to take a deep breath and will do AMAZING! If you ever need anything just ask!!
