I don't have a recipe but I will certainly share what I did. I mixed freshly grilled chicken breast (cut into kinda small chunks) with quartered red grapes, small empire apple chunks, celery and chopped pecans. I mixed all that with equal amounts of canola oil mayo and light miracle whip. Then I put the whole thing (well really only part cuz it made alot emoticon )
on green leaf lettuce on 7 grain sourdough bread. It was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be using it as a summer time staple.

Hey, Patrice, when you're ready to go hiking, just let me know! Usually I don't have anything carved in stone. I did plan a trip to boston with my girls for the 21st and I have company the 25th through 30th, but other than that, I'm open at this point. And if I'm not its generally something I can work around.
I'm hoping to go do either Red Hill in Moultonboro or Belknap/Gunstock on either the 14th or 15th. Trying to get warmed up with some of these baby mountains around here, haha.
Haven't decided yet about the renegade challenge. Trying to figure out if it costs anything to be a spectator, how much.(not a lot of info about it, even the speedway site only talks about fees for entering the challenge) I'd like to go though, So the best I can say is maybe.
